That belief comes directly from our founder, Paul Meola.
Paul began working at thirteen, learning early that responsibility, precision, and follow-through are non-negotiable. Long before technology became his profession, those principles shaped how he approached every job, every client, and every challenge. Work was not about shortcuts or titles. It was about doing the job correctly and standing behind the result.
Paul’s career did not begin in boardrooms or showrooms. It began in hands-on environments where performance mattered and mistakes were visible.
Drawn to electronics and mechanics, he pursued formal technical education and entered the integration industry through construction-based work. That environment rewarded competence, adaptability, and problem-solving under real-world conditions. It also set the standard for how Paul believed technology should be deployed: engineered carefully, installed correctly, and expected to perform reliably over time.
Over fifteen years in the industry, he witnessed both excellence and decline. When standards slipped and client-first values eroded, Paul made a decisive choice.
